2 Months Old!

It is so hard to believe that our little guy is 2 months old already! I hate how fast time is flying by, but I love watching him grow and do new things each day. Eli is already "talking" so much. We have long conversations each day about important topics. Daddy likes to talk to him about what he will be when he grows up, football, basketball, baseball, etc. I mostly talk to him about how cute he is! :) He loves rattles and has started to really grab things. He also seems to have discovered his tongue because he sticks it out a lot. Eli also likes to be outside. Sometimes I take him on the back porch just to get him to stop crying, and it usually works. He likes to go for walks and has loved the football games he has been to so far (one Baylor game, two of Daddy's games.) Eli got to watch his first Cowboys game this month with Daddy, and has finally started to like baths (yea!) We went to the doctor yesterday and got a great report. Eli wasn't fond of the shots he got, but he was very brave and wasn't too fussy afterward.
2 Month Stats:

Who child is this?

People keep asking us who Eli looks like and we keep saying we don't know. :) Some swear he looks just like Stephen, others think he has my eyes. Here are some pictures of Eli and baby pictures of us. What's the verdict?

Me

Sunday Fun

Sunday was Eli's first day at church! He was pretty good most of the time but Daddy had to take him out and walk for a little while. Here are some pics...as you can tell, he doesn't really like to pose. :)

Eli also met a new friend, baby Audrey. He thinks she is beautiful! :) We also saw baby Gavin but unfortunately, didn't get a picture.

Sunday afternoon, Eli watched the Cowboy game with Daddy. He loves football, just like his Daddy!

VOTE FOR ELI!

Who will vote for me in 2044?This is my thoughtful pose.

This is my playful pose! :)

Side note: Yes, he is laying on his changing pad. He LOVES it. Sometimes when he is having his crying time at night (which comes every night) I lay him on it just to get him quiet for a minute. If I thought it was safe, I'd let him sleep there.
