Computer Savvy
Eli LOVES Daddy's computer! Of course, I usually tell him no and/or take it away from him, but I was tired so I just took a picture. Is that bad? He just looked so cute and smart! :)

Surprise Shower!
On Wednesday the girls at work surprised me and my other co-worker (also due in April) with a little baby shower! We both already have little boys and she is expecting a little girl. Here are the diaper cakes that the very talented Amy made.

I also got a great gift card to Target! We are thinking about using it to get a double stroller. Any suggestions on what kind you like or don't like?
Sarah, who is clearly a gifted baker, made these cute cookies!
Thanks so much to the managers in the restaurants and all my girls at the office for the gifts and your hard work planning this...and keeping it a secret! :)

The Fischers!
This weekend we celebrated with Matt & Lauren as they became man and wife! We had a blast at their beautiful wedding and we know God is going to bless them and their marriage! Thanks Aunt Liz and Uncle Keith for playing with Eli all weekend! Here are some highlights from the weekend!

18 Months and 30 Weeks
Yes, this post is a little late, but Eli is 18 months old and I am 30 weeks pregnant with little brother or little sister! I can't believe I am so close to the end of this pregnancy already! It has been going really well so far. I think I'm a little more tired this time around but chasing an 18 month old will do that to you! I'm going to the doctor every two weeks now and it won't be long before it is every week. I've already been having a few braxton hicks contractions but don't worry...nothing too regular. :)
We are (very) slowly but surely getting prepared for baby Davis #2. The crib is here and half way put together! lol We also got down some other things we will need from the attic (onesies, gowns, receiving blankets, etc.) but I need to go through them and get them washed and organized. It will get done...eventually! :)
Eli just keeps getting bigger every day! I love how much he changes daily and the new things he does and says. He is so full of energy and loves to run around the house. Eli loves books and puzzles and is obsessed with balls! Big balls, small balls, tennis balls, footballs, basketballs...you name it, he loves it! He also loves watching football on TV. He recognizes when it comes on and cheers very loudly! Meal time can be a chore since Eli isn't usually all that interested in eating. He will eat fruit all day long but is a bit more picky when it comes to veggies. He isn't really a meat eater other than the occasional piece of lunch meat turkey or chicken nuggets. Overall, he is doing great and we love having him around! I am trying to savor every moment with him until Baby Davis #2 arrives!
18 Month Stats:
Height: 34 1/4 in. - 98%
Weight: 27 lbs. - 65%
Words Eli can say at 18 months: (this is really more for me to look back on)

People: Mama, Dada, Pita, Grandpa, Meemie, Papa, Krystyna "Nina," baby, Keith, Brett
Food: banana "nana," apple, cracker, milk, agua, waffle
Animals & Sounds: Dog, Kitty, Woof-Woof, Meow, Quack-Quack, Baa, Neigh, Moo, Cheep-Cheep, Oo-Oo Ah-Ah (monkey,) Roar
Shapes: star, oval (can point to circle, square, rectangle, and diamond
Toys: book, ball, football, basketball, lovie, blocks
Body Parts: eyes, ears, nose, mouth, teeth, head, toes, elbow (can also point to all these plus fingers, tongue, hair, and belly button, shoulder)
Other words: bye-bye, nite-nite, oh no, shoes, socks, more, please, no, bath, up, down, door, Santa, mouse, show, outside
Counting: one, two, three, four, six, eight (we are working on five and seven lol)
Look at our shaggy haired boy! He definitely needs a hair cut! :)

Trains at Northpark
Daddy and Grandpa took Eli to see the trains at Northpark this week. Eli was fascinated by all the trains and didn't quite know what to think of the whole thing, but they had a great time together!
